As a SaaS (Software as a Service) model, POSnet is an All Inclusive software product without having to purchase any additional POS modules. Pricing is per location, no terminal and constant software and hardware support are included in the monthly fee. In fact, POSnet does not charge for after hour or weekend emergency support calls.
Call Center
Utilizing cloud technology, the Posnet Call center is 100% fully integrated to our POS software in the store. Taking an order from the call center will automatically appear in the destination store and will print in the kitchen. Credit card transactions will use the destination store information to be part of the end of day batch and for tip adjustment in the store level (PCI Compliant). Automatically selects the destination store by customer information and address validation.POSnet Call Center improves efficiency and increases profits with the use of POSnet Cloud technology.
